Post Brand Executive

The Role

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in executing day-to-day brand strategies, managing product visibility, and running impactful campaigns that build deep consumer trust and grow market share, while keeping the authenticity of Ayurvedic wellness at the core of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Assist in implementing annual brand plans and promotional activities designed to achieve company growth targets.
  • Campaign & Activation Management: Coordinate and execute product launches, consumer activations, and point-of-sale (POS) materials to enhance product visibility.
  • Digital & Social Media Presence: Oversee the brand's digital footprints, managing content execution across social media channels, websites, and online campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, R&D, and Production teams to ensure market demands are met and product messaging is aligned.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, consumer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and consumer insights.
  • Compliance Alignment: Ensure all brand materials, advertisements, and labels comply fully with ethical guidelines and Ayurvedic regulatory standards.
  • Agency & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with advertising agencies, printing partners, and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the Ayurvedic, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Core Competencies: A creative and proactive mindset with excellent communication organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strong data coordination abilities are required.
