ELECTRICIAN
We are a Property Investment, Development, and Management company that owns and manages a state-of-the-art multi-storey office and residential high-rise complex, ensuring exclusivity, elegance, and contemporary international standards.
THE LANDMARK, located along Galle Road in the exclusive enclave of Colombo 03, is fully tenanted by blue-chip corporate clientele.
Requirements:
- Age below 55 years.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial and domestic electrical installations.
- Experience in three-phase electrical wiring systems.
- Knowledge of Low Voltage Current (LVC) systems and electrical maintenance in high-rise buildings.
- Technical College or Vocational Training qualification in Electrical Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
- Experience in carrying out general building maintenance work.
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to electrical breakdowns.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance-related duties.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in commercial buildings, factories, or high-rise developments.
Semi-Skilled Category
Requirements:
- Age below 40 years.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and maintenance activities.
- Technical training or relevant work experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to assist electricians with installations, repairs, and general maintenance work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
