ESTIMATION ENGINEER - ELV
We are a group of companies pioneering in MEP solutions providing our service both locally and overseas. We are currently on the lookout for young dynamic and dedicated individuals for the Estimations engineer - ELV position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks and Security, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ELV systems, preferably in a Design / Estimations Role.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems (Data Networking, Wifi Solutions, PABX & Telephone, CCTV, Door Access, PA & BGM, IPTV, Structured Cabling, Fire Detection).
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
- Networking qualifications and product Trainings will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed Design and Material list for ELV services based on tender documents, project requirements, and specifications.
- Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and site surveys to create accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials, equipment, and labor.
- Assess and evaluate changes in project scope, and advise on variations to contract.
- Provide technical support and advice to project management teams during the bidding and execution phases.
