POST OF ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Maintain and update Third party employee records, company documents, and administrative databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers for administrative requirements.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, utility services, and facility maintenance.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, travel arrangements, and company communications.
  • Support management with report preparation, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Education / Skill and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

POST OF ACCOUNTANT

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely processing of reports, statutory payments, and tax-related submissions.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate with HK office, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Support management in financial planning, cost analysis, and decision-making.
  • Manage & represent the department.

Education / Skill and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Part qualification or full qualification in professional accounting (CA / CIMA / ACCA) will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance functions.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines with high accuracy.

POST OF JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – QUALITY ASSURANCE

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes and identify quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
  • Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and corrective action documentation.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures (QMS).
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • Assist in internal audits, customer audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.

Education / Skill and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of quality tools, inspection methods, and documentation procedures.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes will be an added advantage.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
