Executive – Business Development (Maternity)

Job Description
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at the front office area.
- Assist customers in a professional way in order to give them a pleasant experience.
- Responsible for maintaining maternity database and registration of patients.
- Maintaining a good rapport with the Consultants.
- Maintain, coordination and good communications with consultants, patients and other departments in the hospital.
- Resolve patients/customers’ requirements quickly, efficiently and courteously.
- Managing the inquires of all digital platforms with related to maternity.
- Driving engagement activities & Programs related to maternity
Entry Requirement
- Willingness to work in a roster basis.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Good communication skills in English & Sinhala (Proficiency in Tamil will be a distinct advantage)
- Team player with dynamic personality & positive attitude.
- Voice clarity & courtesy with listening skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Should have a pleasing personality.
- Willingness to work long hours.
