RETAIL STORE /CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting the right products
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards showroom performance goals
- Maintain and expand the customer database through active engagement and follow-ups
- Operate POS/ERP systems and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with day-to-day showroom operations and merchandising activities
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion industry, will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of POS and ERP systems with strong computer literacy
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English will be an added advantage
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and reliability in all aspects of work
- Exposure to AI-powered design visualization tools will be considered an added advantage
