Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend suitable solutions
- Support showroom operations and ensure a professional display environment
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain sales documentation
- Coordinate sales activities, follow-ups, and customer communication
- Execute marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns
- A chieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
Requirements
- Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (or equivalent)
- Experience varies by role: Showroom Assistant: 1–2 years; Showroom Sales Coordinator: 2+ years; Sales Executive: 2+ years; Marketing Executive: 1–3 years
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Good computer literacy and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
