About the Role

Charles Sturt University Colombo Campus is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven professionals to join our Student Recruitment and Admissions team as Student Counselors / Student Enrollment Executives. The successful candidates will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing course information, supporting recruitment activities, and contributing to student enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways.
  • Respond to inquiries through phone, email, social media, and face-to-face consultations.
  • Guide applicants throughout the admissions and enrollment process.
  • Follow up with prospective students to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Participate in education exhibitions, school visits, open days, seminars, and recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications using CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the student journey.
  • Assist in executing student recruitment and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Education, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in student recruitment, educational counseling, sales, customer service, or admissions will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is desirable.
