Junior Mortgage Loan Processor | Australian Mortgage Brokerage (Melbourne)
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (Remote/Hybrid)
Salary: LKR 120,000 – 150,000 per month (depending on experience)

Melbourne Mortgage Brokers is an established and growing Australian mortgage brokerage based in Melbourne, Victoria.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Mortgage Loan Processor to become an important part of our growing team.

About the Role
You will support our Mortgage Broker by assisting with the preparation and processing of Australian home loan applications from enquiry through to settlement.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate professionally with clients, lenders and team members.
Working hours will align with Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne business hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing mortgage applications
- Enter and maintain accurate client information in MyCRM
- Prepare loan files using LoanApp
- Submit applications through ApplyOnline
- Follow up outstanding documentation from clients
- Update loan milestones and file notes
- Order valuations and assist with loan submissions
- Maintain organised electronic client files
- Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support
- Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good computer literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely
Experience with the following software will be highly regarded:
- MyCRM
- ApplyOnline
- LoanApp
Previous experience in banking, finance, customer service or administration is advantageous but not essential. Previous experience working in the Australian mortgage broking industry will be highly advantageous.
