Assistant Manager / Executive (Marketing & Creative Design)

Key Responsibilities & Roles
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, events, and special offers.
- Create engaging content and designs for social media, websites, digital advertisements, and print materials.
- Manage and grow the hotel's social media platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate promotional activities and marketing events.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Optimize website content and digital campaigns through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Support online reputation management and enhance the hotel's digital visibility.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Creative Design.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design software.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hospitality industry experience will be a distinct advantage.
