The company is looking for individuals with high drive and dynamism to join our team in the following positions:
CASHIER – MALE / FEMALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 35 years.
- Passed G C E Advanced Level examination in Commerce stream.
- Partly qualified in ICASL/ CIM A/ CMA/ AAT would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems is essential.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Word.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills and friendly appearance.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
HR EXECUTIVE – MALE / FEMALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 40.
- 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- IT literacy.
- Knowledge of labor laws & HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 40.
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- A degree in civil engineering is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with a team and meticulous in planning and time management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance of buildings and premises.
- Responsible for the daily operation of water recycling plants.
- Handle electrical, air conditioning and plumbing defects.
- Day-to-day troubleshooting and liaising with service providers.
- Ensure safety and maintenance compliance.
- Crisis management as required.
OFFICE ASSISTANT – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 45.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Passed G C E O/L.
- Valid motorcycle driver’s license.
- Ability to read and write in English with reasonable proficiency.
- Good multitasking ability and willingness to learn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the collection & dispatch of documents with internal teams & external parties.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and related paperwork.
- Handle incoming & outgoing correspondence, documents and deliveries to/from clients and banks.
- General administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintenance of records.
- Assist with office errands and other clerical tasks.
- Maintain office facilities and supplies.
SERVICE ADVISOR (Body Repairs & General Repairs) – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 35 years.
- Minimum 02 years of work experience in a similar capacity (excluding on-the-job training period).
- NVQ Level VI.
- English & Computer knowledge are mandatory.
- Valid driving license & be able to drive and do test runs responsibly.
- Work independently & achieve workshop targets.
- Overseas work experience would be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct vehicle inspections and service consultations with customers, including initial fault diagnosis.
- Arrange test drives with technicians to confirm vehicle issues.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, estimates, and schedules.
- Check parts availability and order the required spare parts.
- Recommend accessories, dealership products, and services to customers.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and maintenance quotations.
- Explain repair costs and agree on service completion times with customers.
- Coordinate final vehicle inspection, service review, and handover.
- Liaise with insurance assessors and accident repair teams for assessments and approvals.
MASTER TECHNICIAN
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in automotive repairs and workshop operations.
- Ability to diagnose and rectify complex mechanical faults independently.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Good understanding of workshop safety and operational procedures.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with quality standards and process documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose & repair complex mechanical faults relating to engines, transmissions, suspension, etc.
- Plan and supervise a wide range of maintenance and repair works.
- Maintain and update workshop documentation and service records.
- Mentor junior technicians and coordinate with Spare Parts team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
DRIVER
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Passed G C E Ordinary Level examination.
- Valid driving license.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work extended hours if necessary.
- Maintain the garage in good condition.
- Ensure the timely delivery of documents pertaining to vehicles.
- Adhere to company policies for safety and workmanship.
