The company is looking for individuals with high drive and dynamism to join our team in the following positions:
CASHIER – MALE / FEMALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 30 years.
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination in Commerce stream.
- Partly qualified in ICASL/CIMA/AAT would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems is essential.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Word application.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant and attractive appearance.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Bank daily collections on the following day.
- Maintain cash controls and manage cash effectively.
- Prepare daily reconciliations of invoices, collections, and bank deposits.
- Process cash, credit, debit and other payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the day.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Service team to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.
- Maintaining adequate change denominations.
HR EXECUTIVE – MALE / FEMALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 40.
- 5 – 8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management.
- IT literacy.
- Knowledge of labor laws & HR software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Performance management, training and development.
- Staff grievances and leave management.
- Employee records.
- Coordinate with departments for HR related matters.
- Preparation of HR documents, letters & reports.
- Addressing employee relations issues.
- Other HR matters.
MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 40.
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- A degree in civil engineering is an added advantage.
- A strong work ethic with an eye for detail and time management skills.
- Overall technical / electrical / electronics knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of buildings and premises.
- Responsible for the daily operation of water recycling plants.
- Handle electrical, air conditioning and plumbing defects.
- Day-to-day troubleshooting and liaising with service providers.
- General administrative & clerical tasks.
- Assist in filing, photographing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Facility maintenance.
OFFICE ASSISTANT – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 45.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Passed G.C.E. O/L.
- Valid motor vehicle's license.
- Ability to read and write in English with reasonable proficiency.
- Multi tasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collection & dispatch of documents with internal teams & external parties.
- Maintenance of records & filing of documents with internal teams & external parties.
- Handling incoming & outgoing correspondence, documents, and deliveries to/from clients and banks.
- General administrative & clerical tasks.
- Assist in filing, photographing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Facility maintenance.
SERVICE ADVISOR (Body Repairs & General Repairs) – MALE
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age below 35 years.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity (excluding on-the-job training period).
- NVQ Level VI.
- English & Computer knowledge are mandatory.
- Valid driving license and be able to drive & do test runs responsibly.
- Work independently & achieve workshop targets.
- Overseas work experience would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle inspections and service consultations with customers, including initial fault diagnosis.
- Arrange test drives with technicians to confirm vehicle issues.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, estimates, and schedules.
- Check parts availability and order the required spare parts.
- Recommend accessories, detailing and service to customers.
- Ensure compliance with repair policies and procedures.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and maintenance quotes.
- Explain repair costs and agree on service completion times with customers.
- Coordinate final vehicle handover inspection, invoice review, and handover.
- Liaise with service Advisors and the Spare Parts Team to ensure repair planning and parts availability.
- Assist in job allocation and workforce coordination.
- Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, operational compliance standards, and tool management.
MASTER TECHNICIAN
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in automotive repairs and workshop operations.
- Ability to diagnose and rectify complex mechanical faults independently.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Good understanding of workshop safety and operational procedures.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with manufacturer service standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose & repair complex mechanical faults related to engines, transmissions, suspension, etc.
- Carry out inspections, testing, fault finding, and diagnostic checks in line with manufacturer standards.
- Support warranty repairs and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Guide and mentor junior technicians and workshop support staff.
- Coordinate with service Advisors and the Spare Parts Team to ensure repair planning and parts availability.
- Assist in job allocation and workshop coordination.
- Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and tool management.
- Provide training to technicians.
DRIVER
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination.
- Valid Driving License.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Team player, positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work extended hours if necessary.
- Maintaining the vehicles in good condition.
- Ensure the daily vehicle checklists are completed.
- Follow the company policy for regular meetings and guidelines.
- Employee safety and compliance.
