Main Responsibilities
- Language Instruction — N5, JFT level teaching, N3–N2 exam preparation.
- Interview Prep & Guidance — Practice interviews and guidance for Japanese interviews.
- CV / Resume Support — Assisting with CV preparation.
- Visa Application Support — Preparing required travel documents until employment in Japan is secured.
Requirements
- Experience — Preferred teaching/training experience (passionate beginners welcome).
- Skills — Strong communication, coaching and supportive guidance.
- Mindset — Individuals who enjoy personal growth and career advancement.
Salary
LKR 150,000 per month (increments & promotions available based on performance & growth).
Working Hours & Holidays
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (1-hour break 12-1 pm).
- Annual holidays: 113 days off (includes Mercantile Holidays).
