HR Executive

About the Role

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll administration by managing end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timely processing, employee relations, and HR compliance.

This position requires a proactive individual with solid understanding of payroll systems and ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Having strong interpersonal and organizational skills are must to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
  • Assist in organizing training, development, and welfare programs
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review
  • Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including attendance, leave, and benefits data
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF/ETF, PAYE tax, and other local regulations
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for management review
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and pay slips
  • Coordinate with finance and operation teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
  • Support HR and other documentation when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and/or HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll software, and employment regulations
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory contributions
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
