IE Executive
LOCATION – EMBILIPITIYA
We are Orit Apparels Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of the global apparel giant Indochine International, and a leading manufacturer in the apparel sector. With state-of-the-art facilities and a people-driven culture, Orit has built a strong reputation as one of South Asia’s largest denim manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- 02 to 03 years of work experience in a similar role within the garment industry.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skill.
- Good team player with proactive outlook and drive towards excellence
- A comprehensive knowledge of handling denim products will be an advantage
- Residence in Embilipitiya area will be an advantage.
The right candidate will be a young, self-motivated individual and will possess the following:
- Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Textile & Apparel Technology.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the apparel sector (woven/denim garments preferred).
- Age between 25 – 40 years.
- A strong team player with a high level of motivation and commitment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, knowledge of sewing operations and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Hands-on experience in IE tools, SMV analysis, line balancing & Productivity Improvement.
