Noyon Lanka, originally a joint venture between a French lace company and MAS Holdings, is a global leader in lace design and production. With design libraries in France and Sri Lanka and production facilities across Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and China, Noyon creates unique lace designs for international brands. Its expertise extends to warp-knit solutions through the INNTRIX collection, catering to activewear, sportswear, and femtech markets. Noyon also pioneers sustainable solutions such as Planetenes, a 100% natural dye solution for lace.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a Degree in Management, Science or Engineering along with 3-4 years of work experience in a similar capacity to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive Lean projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Business Unit while strengthening problem escalation mechanisms and fostering a proactive problem solving culture to enhance operational excellence and Organizational performance.
