Reservations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily calls during stipulated working hours
  • Enter reservations accurately into the system
  • Update data in reports as required
  • Manage email and WhatsApp correspondence with guests
  • Prepare and share monthly updates with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry)
  • Minimum qualification in Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic computer literacy (email, MS Office, data entry)
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle guests professionally and multitask in a fast-paced environment
