We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team as Lead Industrial Engineer-IE Manager and Sample Room Manager. Ideal candidates should have over 2 years of experience in the apparel industry, along with a relevant degree or professional qualification. We value individuals with a "can do" attitude, strong commitment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to collaborate effectively across teams, adapt to changing environments, and contribute to continuous improvement and business success is essential.
Suitable candidates should have more than 2 years of experience in the apparel industry, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Sample Room Operations. Candidates should possess a degree or professional qualification from a recognized university or institute. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Sinhala and English are essential. Strong IT literacy, knowledge of global apparel industry trends, and a sound understanding of automation and productivity improvement techniques are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, coordination, leadership, and team management skills will be an added advantage.
