KITCHEN COMMIS III
Join our culinary team and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Support food storage, stock rotation, and inventory management.
- Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.
- Assist during busy meal services and special events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or professional kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
- Culinary qualifications will be an added advantage.

STEWARD / ROOM BOY (TRAINEES WELCOME)
Be part of our hospitality team and help us deliver warm, genuine service to our valued guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with restaurant and guest service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, dining areas, and service stations.
- Support housekeeping and room preparation when required.
- Assist guests courteously and professionally.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the resort.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage but not essential.
- Trainees are warmly welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a strong customer service mindset.
