HR & Admin Executive

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for Talent acquisition and onboarding process ( Asst Manager & below levels)
  • Execution of leave and attendance process & assist in processing payroll
  • Contribution towards the human capital development to achieve prevailing and future business challenges by executing effective Performance Management & L&D initiatives
  • Ensure the efficient and smooth Operation of Administration functions including security, transport & premises management.
  • Implement initiates to maintain highly engaged workforce & retain talent
  • Ensure the all regulatory and compliance requirements in HR are fulfilled.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Batchelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in HR
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a star class hotel will be an added advantage
  • Age below 40
  • Strong Interpersonal, negotiation and communication Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a star class hotel will be an added advantage
  • Age below 35
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills & Communication Skill in English & Sinhala
