We are recruiting for two positions: Draughtsman and Junior Quantity Surveyor.
Contribute to Water Supply, Irrigation, Infrastructure, and Engineering Consultancy Projects Across Sri Lanka.
LOCATION
No. 54 1/2, Maharagama Road, Nikape, Dehiwala
CONTRACT TYPE
Fixed-Term Service Contract (Non-Employment)
DRAUGHTSMAN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare CAD drawings and submissions
- Coordinate with engineers and consultants
- Maintain drawing records
- Support tender and proposal drawings
- Meet project deadlines
DRAUGHTSMAN – REQUIREMENTS
- NCT in Civil Engineering Draughtsmanship or equivalent
- Minimum 02 years' experience
- AutoCAD (2D & Basic 3D) proficiency
- Civil 3D or Revit is an advantage
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and drafting standards
JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare quantity take-offs
- Assist with BOQ preparation
- Support cost estimates and tenders
- Maintain project cost records
- Assist with payment and cost reports
JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – REQUIREMENTS
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 01 – 03 years' experience
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and measurements
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
