EXECUTIVE – SUPPLY CHAIN
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Supply Chain to support and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier relationship management to ensure efficient business operations.
What you will lead:
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, documentation standards.
- Monitor vehicle fitness, driver safety, and adherence to transport norms.
- Track shipments and resolve any transportation-related issues or delays.
- Resolve supply chain issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
