TRAINEE DISTRICT MANAGER
Singhagiri, one of Sri Lanka's leading retail organizations, is looking for energetic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Trainee District Managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales and achieve targets across assigned branches.
- Monitor branch performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop branch teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, promotions, and operational standards.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and identify business opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- G.C.E. (A/L) qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales and/or branch operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- Experience in the retail or consumer electronics industry will be an added advantage.
- Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage.
