Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management position.
- Proven experience in managing housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and health & safety practices.
- Strong leadership, team building, and people management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A Can Do & Positive Attitude / Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
