Process Associate - HRO Services

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in HRM / Payroll Management.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPM, PQHRM) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A team player with a positive and optimistic attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely HR Operations (HRO) processes across Recruitment & Selection, Separation & Offboarding, and HR Administration.
  • Maintain employee personal files with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with standards.
  • Support HR initiatives and ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and save time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain professional HR documentation and records.
