Operations Assistant

WORK FROM HOME | HYBRID

  • Preference: Female candidates preferred
  • Location: Based around Colombo (ability to visit office when required)
  • Commitment: Full-time or Part-Time options available
  • Skills: Excellent command of English with exceptional communication skills
  • Inquiries: Manage and handle day-to-day business inquiries effectively
  • Coordination: Handle client requirements and coordinate professionally with vendors
  • Timelines: Diligently follow up and manage critical event timelines

Event Coordinator

FREELANCE / EVENT-BASED

  • Preference: Open to both Male & Female candidates
  • Location: Based around Colombo region
  • Commitment: Flexible freelance contracts on an event-based basis
  • Execution: Ensure on-site execution aligns with clients' requirements and plans
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate actively with suppliers to guarantee smooth operations
  • Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work late-night hours up to midnight
