ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare financial reports and management accounts.
- Perform product costing and cost analysis.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Support process improvement and business development activities.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
- Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (manufacturing experience will be an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, costing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
