The South Beach Hotel
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our South Beach Resorts.
Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the hotel
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Manage and guide the maintenance team to ensure high performance
- Maintain records of maintenance work, equipment servicing, and inventory
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Key Responsibilities:
- Diploma or certification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel or facility maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems with hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and AC repair
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
