WE ARE HIRING
Position: Sous chef
Support the kitchen in crafting nourishing, memorable meals for our guests.
Role
Support the delivery of fresh, soulful cuisine by preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard while helping maintain an organised, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Support the consistent execution of dishes and maintain quality standards.
- Uphold hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Manage dishwashing, storage, and inventory support.
- Provide flexible help during service times and contribute to a smooth kitchen operation.
- Assist with stock rotation, ingredient organization, and general kitchen upkeep.
Requirements
- Curiosity towards learning and implementing new dishes, recipes and plating techniques.
- Previous kitchen support experience preferred.
- Ability to take feedback and grow.
- Pleasant, team-oriented, and proactive personality.
- Spoken English skills required.
- Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable.
