WE ARE HIRING

Position: Sous chef

Support the kitchen in crafting nourishing, memorable meals for our guests.

Role

Support the delivery of fresh, soulful cuisine by preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard while helping maintain an organised, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Support the consistent execution of dishes and maintain quality standards.
  • Uphold hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
  • Manage dishwashing, storage, and inventory support.
  • Provide flexible help during service times and contribute to a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Assist with stock rotation, ingredient organization, and general kitchen upkeep.

Requirements

  • Curiosity towards learning and implementing new dishes, recipes and plating techniques.
  • Previous kitchen support experience preferred.
  • Ability to take feedback and grow.
  • Pleasant, team-oriented, and proactive personality.
  • Spoken English skills required.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable.
