RESERVATION OFFICER

AHANGAMA, GALLE.

Requirements:

• Handle booking inquiries and confirm reservations.
• Maintain up-to-date booking records.
• Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in reservations or front office preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and computer literacy.
