Manager - Packing (Wattala)

The Job:

The Manager – Packing is responsible for overseeing packing operations, ensuring orders are packed accurately, meet customer requirements, and are shipped on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily packing operations and team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with customer packing and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics to meet shipment deadlines.
  • Monitor packing efficiency and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain a safe and organized packing area.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel packing, with supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Good knowledge of garment packing processes and customer requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
