E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (Full-Time / On-Site)
Join the digital team of an iconic Sri Lankan fashion brand. This is a hands-on, full-time role managing our online store from customer inquiry to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online customer inquiries via WhatsApp, web, and social media.
- Process orders on the e-commerce backend system.
- Physically pick, pack, and dispatch daily orders with couriers.
- Monitor digital inventory levels with the store team.
- Handle order tracking, returns, and exchanges.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English (Sinhala/Tamil is an advantage).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), social media channels, and basic MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and physically able to handle daily packing / dispatch.
