VACANCY AT KASKAL FAÇADE PVT LTD AT COLOMBO
Kaskal Façade (Pvt) Ltd, a leading façade engineering and construction company based in Colombo, is looking for experienced professionals to join our team:
WORK & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Project Manager
- Degree in Civil Eng/Mech Eng. Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Facade/ Glazing Construction.
- Strong skills in Project Management and construction software. Lead and manage facade works from design to execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Project Oversight: Plan, monitor, and deliver facade packages.
- Design Coordination: Align with architects/consultants on technical and aesthetic requirements.
- Vendor Management: Handle suppliers and subcontractors for facade systems.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with standards and site protocols.
- Stakeholder Updates: Report progress and resolve issues promptly.
2. Site Manager
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil Eng/Mech Eng. Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on experience supervising site operations and subcontractors.
- Hands-on experience supervising site operations and subcontractors
- Sound knowledge of façade installation and construction methods
3. Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with façade/construction industry rates and materials
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
We are requiring these roles for an ongoing project in an immediate basis. Salary will be discussed in the interview.
