Brand Manager
JOB ROLE
We are a leading real estate developer renowned for delivering exceptional residential and Hotel residential developments. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic Brand Manager to strengthen our brand presence and drive impactful marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen the company’s market position and brand equity.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing and communication channels.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and traditional media.
- Manage advertising agencies, creative partners, photographers, videographers, and other external vendors.
- Oversee content creation for social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Business Development teams to support project launches and sales objectives.
- Organize and manage property launches, exhibitions, promotional events, and brand activations.
- Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain and enhance the company’s corporate image and reputation.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Full Professional Qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Branding, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or corporate communications.
- Experience in the real estate, property development, hospitality, or luxury sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, advertising, and customer engagement.
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
