Manager- Auto Bodyshop
We are a leading company specializing in auto body painting, tinkering/denting, accident repairs, body parts, and complete body shop services. We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team for Bodyshop Manager.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in body shop operations or automobile industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in accident repair management and insurance claim handling
- Sound knowledge of body repairs, painting, and spare parts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and English/Sinhala
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee overall body shop operations
- Ensure productivity, quality, and profitability targets are achieved
- Manage staff, workflow, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with insurance companies and clients
- Own performance across the area and maintain strong customer relationships achieving sales targets
- Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions
Salary & Benefits
Attractive salary package will be offered depending on qualifications & experience.
Working Hours & Leave
- Working Hours Monday to Saturday 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM
- Leave Days: Sunday & Poya day
