JOB TITLE
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute the Resort's Marketing, Communications and Branding strategy.
- Manage all digital platforms, including website, Resort app and social media channels.
- Oversee PR, media relations, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and revenue.
- Manage content creation, graphic design and brand consistency across all channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in luxury hospitality marketing.
- Strong background in digital marketing, branding & PR.
- Experience in media handling & campaign management.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
- Business development & revenue-driven mindset.
