A leading Yarn Manufacturing Company in the Katunayake Export Processing Zone is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic Management Trainee – Electrical / Electronics to join our Engineering Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and young professionals to gain hands-on experience in a modern, fast-paced manufacturing environment at Sri Lanka's first POY, Nylon, and Polyester yarn manufacturing company. Work with advanced industrial electrical and electronic systems while developing your career in the textile manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery electrical and electronic systems.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Work closely with the Engineering and Production teams to minimize machine downtime.
Requirements
- Diploma, HND, NVQ Level 5/6, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical and electronic systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure.
