What you need to do

  • Craft and communicate a clear product vision and strategy driven by market research, customer insights, and business goals.
  • Ensure the product roadmap is aligned with broader company priorities and long-term objectives.
  • Proactively plan the product journey by identifying risks early and implementing scope improvements to stay ahead.
  • Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from gathering initial ideas to writing user stories and defining clear acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact.
  • Oversee the development process to ensure high-quality features and timely delivery in line with defined standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, providing clear direction to the development team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure the product meets real market needs.
  • Present product progress, roadmaps, and vision updates to management and key stakeholders.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback to ensure the right product is being built effectively.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor product performance, track KPIs, and drive data-informed product improvements.

What you need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or in a similar role as a product owner.
  • Knowledge of software development processes, software lifecycle management, and business analysis.
  • Strong self-learning ability and interest in emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using product and project management tools.
  • User-focused mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability and strategic thinking capability.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
