What you’ll be doing?
- Handle accounts payable activities including payment vouchers, invoice/GRN matching, supplier reconciliations, and advance payments.
- Maintain accurate daily accounting records and perform bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for payments, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Support internal/external audits and maintain financial control compliance.
- Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory verification and general administrative tasks.
What we are looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or partially qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting (or similar experience as per company requirements).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with good documentation and record management.
- Knowledge of audit requirements and internal controls.
