ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE & OPERATIONS

We are looking for a dynamic and result driven AM - Finance & Operation to strengthen our finance and operation team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overlook and manage all finance and operational functions of the company.
  • Act as a team leader by guiding, motivating, and developing staff to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare, review, and analyse financial reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and management accounts.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory controls, and treasury functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, tax requirements, and financial procedures.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
  • Plan, control, and use internal audits to ensure compliance, identify control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Liaise with external auditors and facilitate annual audits and financial reviews.
  • Establish and strengthen internal control systems to safeguard company assets and minimize operational and financial risks.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs, identify operational challenges, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective inter-departmental coordination and smooth workflow across all business functions.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning, business development, and decision-making processes.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence throughout the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 08 years of experience in Finance and Operations Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Software, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Taxation.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
