ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Job Role:
- Handling payments and petty cash.
- Preparation of daily payment vouchers.
- Preparation of Invoices and Receipts.
- Data Entering to the CRM system.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of monthly quarterly, annual accounts, and management reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- G.C.E Advanced Level in commerce stream.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English.
- Fair knowledge of MS office and Email.
- Able to work independently with ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate & work effectively with the team.
- Age below 25 years.
