IT FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting ERP systems based on business requirements, conducting gap analysis of business processes, and translating requirements into effective functional solutions. You will also support ERP testing activities, ensure system usability, and provide training and documentation for end users. The role includes managing project timelines, supporting go-live activities, and ensuring smooth post-implementation performance. Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Configure and customize the Odoo ERP system according to business requirements
• Perform gap analysis of existing business processes and propose functional solutions
• Analyze and resolve complex functional and operational system issues
• Ensure ERP usability by providing end-user training and preparing supporting documentation and materials
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budget alignment
• Provide go-live support and conduct post-implementation testing and validation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP functional solutions
• Minimum 3 years of documented experience in ERP implementation as a module owner
• Hands-on experience in ERP system testing (Odoo experience will be an added advantage)
• Prior experience in ERP implementation or system upgrade projects
• Good understanding of UAT processes and business workflow validation
• Strong knowledge of core business processes including Finance, Inventory, Sales, and HR
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
