Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in distributor management, market development, brand execution, and customer relationship management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales forecasting, budgeting & performance analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and sales reporting systems.
- Experience in the FMCG industry will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
- Build distributor and customer relationships.
- Monitor budgets, sales performance, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
