Aquarius Residences for German Pensioners, a leading hospitality and residential project in Marawila, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper and Maintenance Person to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and guest room maintenance.
- Ability to supervise and guide housekeeping staff.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or retirement home will be an added advantage.
MAINTENANCE PERSON
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance work.
- Good knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Ability to identify and fix maintenance issues promptly.
- Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
- Experience in hotel or resort maintenance is preferred.
