Manager - Quality Assurance
What you will do :
- Monitor and reduce production defects through effective quality control measures
- Conduct pre-production meetings and risk assessments for new styles.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, AQL standards, and quality procedures.
- Lead factory audits and support customer inspections.
- Manage and mentor QC teams, line inspectors, and quality supervisors.
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to improve product quality.
What do we expect
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Clothing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in garment quality management.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing processes, and quality inspection techniques.
- Experience with international buyers and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with AQL, ISO standards and audits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems.
