One of the leading FMCG companies in Malawi, with an extensive distribution network and retail presence, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join its team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institution.
• Age below 35 years.
• A minimum of 05 years' professional experience in Consumer Sales and Marketing.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
