We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to generate sales for our training programs and consulting assignments.

Generate leads and convert them into registrations for training programs and consulting assignments
Promote our programs through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision makers
Organize and coordinate training programs including booking venues, logistics, materials, and participant communication
Support with marketing campaigns and content
Provide regular feedback and reports on leads and conversions

Very outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Fluent in both English and Sinhala
Self-motivated, target-driven and confident
Experience in sales/marketing is an advantage (training/consulting industry preferred)
Good organizational and administrative skills
Comfortable working independently from home
Willing to attend training programs (approx. once a month)
