DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Repair and maintain existing both Wooden and Aluminium furniture, including chairs, tables, cabinets, doors, and windows.
- Carry out minor fabrication and installation of wooden and aluminium partition as required.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install replacement materials when necessary.
- Safely operate and maintain carpentry and aluminium fabrication tools and equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with quality, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance staff to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
QUALIFICATIONS & PRE-REQUISES
- Vocational or technical certification in Carpentry or a related trade.
- Proven experience as a carpenter with practical knowledge of both woodwork and aluminium work.
- Previous experience in building maintenance, facility management, construction, or interior fit-out projects will be an advantage.
- Experience in repairing and maintaining furniture, doors, windows, and partition systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques, aluminium fabrication, installation, and finishing methods.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and workshop equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
