Responsibilities
- Collect patient payments accurately and efficiently
- Process insurance claims in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain accurate cash handling and financial transaction records
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
- G.C.E. O/L with "C" passes for Mathematics
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Cashier
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle customer service and cash
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Energetic person with a positive attitude
