Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–7 years’ experience as a Junior Sous Chef for a reputable award–winning modern restaurant or hotel.
  • Advanced secondary education
  • Flexible to relocations and adaptable to different working environments
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Required to perform pro‑actively and independently and determine policies within strategic, given guidelines
