Role
To assist in creating optimum customer satisfaction by providing the highest standard of food quality and presentation according to hotel procedure at the same time maximizing the profit margins through effective management of all kitchen functions.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–7 years’ experience as a Junior Sous Chef for a reputable award–winning modern restaurant or hotel.
- Advanced secondary education
- Flexible to relocations and adaptable to different working environments
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Required to perform pro‑actively and independently and determine policies within strategic, given guidelines
